In general, long-distance domestic and international trains are operated by Intercity SA while local trains are mainly operated by Koleje Śląskie and Polregio, please check their respective websites for more information about fares and connections.

Long-distance domestic and international bus connections  are provided by Flixbus, Ecolines, LuxExpress and other operators. Most long distance buses call at Sądowa Bus Station in the city centre of Katowice. You can check available connections at https://en.e-podroznik.pl/

Katowice and its neighbouring cities are served by two international airports: Katowice Airport (40 km) and Kraków Airport (65 km).
Katowice Airport is served mainly by low cost carriers and you can use regular direct bus routes AP, M11 and  M19 to get to Katowice and Sosnowiec.
Krakow Airport offers a wider range of international flights and there is a direct Flixbus connection between the airport and Katowice. You can also reach Katowice by train from the airport changing at Cracow Main Station.
To move around the area of the participating cities, you can also use micromobility solutions such as ZTM Metrobike and e-scooters.
